Unihanconver v1.x
This is a tool to convert between Traditional/Simplified Chinese directly in Unicode (not GB/Big5 conversion). It is written in Perl and does not use any external libraries. It provides a command-line utility as well as a GTK+ interface for X Window (shown above).
